You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Certain services include a refill guarantee as described on the relevant product page. Where a refill guarantee applies, if the delivered metrics decrease within the guarantee period, we will replenish them at no additional cost. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions: the target account must remain public and active, the content must not be deleted, and the account must not violate the relevant platform's terms of service.
Due to the digital nature of our Services, all sales are generally considered final once delivery has commenced. We offer refunds only in the limited circumstances described in our , which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Mandatory Resolution Process: Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider, you agree to first contact Social Methods directly through our and allow us a minimum of 5 business days to investigate and resolve your concern. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues promptly and fairly.
Evidence Collection: For every transaction, we collect and retain the following evidence for chargeback defence purposes: transaction timestamps, IP address at the time of purchase, device and browser information, account activity logs, service delivery confirmation and campaign progress records, your explicit acceptance of these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy at checkout, and any communications between you and our support team.
Consequences of Fraudulent Chargebacks: If you file a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, or if a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or illegitimate, we reserve the right to: (a) permanently suspend your account and deny future access to our Services; (b) pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees, penalties, and administrative costs incurred as a result of the chargeback; (c) report the incident to fraud prevention databases and relevant authorities; and (d) pursue any and all legal remedies available to us under applicable law.
Chargeback Fees: You acknowledge that chargebacks result in significant financial penalties to our business. In the event that a chargeback is filed and subsequently reversed in our favour, you agree to reimburse us for all associated fees and costs, including but not limited to chargeback processing fees, administrative costs, and legal fees.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of our Services, or any transaction made through our platform, you agree to the following resolution process:
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our platform. You agree not to: (a) use our Services to promote illegal content or activities; (b) provide false or misleading information; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; (d) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform; or (e) resell our Services without prior written consent.
All content, features, and functionality of our platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Social Methods or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Social Methods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use our Services; (b) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers; or (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
